1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the CurryFit website (curryfit.ae), mobile application, or placing an order for any meal plan or product, you ("Subscriber" or "Customer") confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Zaavara LLC and Curry Fit Rest Sp LLC (collectively "CURRYFIT", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered and operating in the United Arab Emirates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of or located within the United Arab Emirates to subscribe to CurryFit meal plans. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. CurryFit reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
3. Meal Plan Subscriptions
CurryFit offers subscription-based meal plans delivered across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. All meal plans are subject to availability and may vary in composition, portion size, and caloric content based on the selected plan variant. Prices are displayed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate. CurryFit reserves the right to modify pricing, plan offerings, and menu items at any time with reasonable notice.
Meal plan pricing starts from AED 40/day (Balanced), AED 55/day (Weight Loss & Vegetarian), and AED 65/day (Muscle Gain). Final pricing varies based on the number of meals selected, portion size, add-ons, and subscription duration. The price displayed at checkout is final and binding.
4. Cancellations, Pauses & Modifications — IMPORTANT
4.1 Notice Period: All cancellations, plan pauses, meal modifications, delivery address changes, and delivery slot adjustments must be submitted no less than 48 hours before the scheduled delivery date. Requests received within 48 hours of delivery cannot be accommodated and will be processed from the following applicable cycle only.
4.2 Cancellation Fee: In the event of cancellation of an active subscription, a cancellation fee of 40% of the remaining plan value will be charged. This fee covers operational costs, ingredient procurement, and kitchen preparation already initiated on your behalf. The remaining 60% of the unused plan value will be refunded to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.
4.3 No Refunds After Preparation: Once meals have been prepared (typically after 6:00 AM on the delivery day), no cancellations, refunds, or modifications will be accepted for that day's delivery.
4.4 Plan Pauses: Subscribers may pause their active plan via the CurryFit app with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Paused plans retain their remaining value and may be resumed at the subscriber's convenience within 90 days of the pause date. Any paused plan value not resumed within 90 days will be forfeited with no refund.
4.5 Non-Refundable Situations: No refunds, credits, or pauses will be granted under the following circumstances: subscriber absence without prior notice; incorrect delivery address provided by the subscriber; failure to collect delivery within the designated time window; or change of mind after preparation has commenced.
5. Force Majeure & Exceptional Circumstances
CurryFit shall not be liable for any failure or delay in delivering services caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God; natural disasters (floods, earthquakes, sandstorms, extreme weather events); declared states of emergency; war; armed conflict; terrorism; civil unrest; government-imposed lockdowns, curfews, or movement restrictions; pandemics or epidemics (including any COVID-19 variants or future public health emergencies); infrastructure failures; or any other force majeure event.
In any force majeure situation, CurryFit shall not be obligated to issue refunds, credits, or compensations of any kind. Where operationally possible, CurryFit will endeavour to deliver services once conditions normalise, but makes no guarantee of continuation, timing, or equivalency of service following such events.
6. Delivery
CurryFit delivers to designated zones within Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, and Ajman. Delivery is subject to zone availability and may change without notice. Delivery slots are flexible and set via the CurryFit app; however, exact delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. CurryFit is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, third-party courier issues, or any circumstances outside our control.
It is the subscriber's sole responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or that a safe drop-off location is designated. CurryFit is not liable for meals left unattended after delivery. If a delivery cannot be completed due to subscriber unavailability and no safe location is designated, the delivery will be considered completed and no refund will be issued.
7. Food Safety, Allergens & Dietary Requirements
CurryFit prepares all meals in a kitchen that handles common allergens including but not limited to: gluten, dairy, nuts (peanuts, tree nuts), eggs, soy, sesame, shellfish, and fish. While we offer Gluten Free and Dairy Free add-ons, CurryFit cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment. Cross-contamination may occur. Subscribers with severe food allergies, anaphylactic reactions, or specific medical dietary needs must consult their physician before subscribing and do so entirely at their own risk.
CurryFit's add-on options (Gluten Free, Dairy Free, Exclusions) represent reasonable precautions taken during preparation but are not certified allergen-free under any clinical or regulatory standard.
8. Health Disclaimer — Medical Advice
CurryFit is a food service provider, not a medical or healthcare organisation. Our meal plans and caloric information are designed for general wellness and fitness goals by qualified nutritionists but do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment of any kind.
Before commencing any meal plan, calorie-restricted diet, or dietary change, you should consult a licensed physician, registered dietitian, or qualified healthcare professional — particularly if you have or suspect any of the following: diabetes, cardiovascular disease, kidney disease, liver disease, eating disorders, pregnancy or breastfeeding, post-surgical recovery, immunocompromised conditions, or any other chronic or acute medical condition.
CurryFit expressly disclaims all liability for any adverse health outcomes, injuries, allergic reactions, or medical conditions that arise from or are related to the use of our meal plans. Use of our services is entirely at your own risk.
The BMI and TDEE calculators provided on our website are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical assessments. Results should not be used as a basis for medical decisions without professional consultation.
9. Quality & Complaints
CurryFit is committed to delivering high-quality meals. If you receive a meal that is damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered, you must notify our customer support team within 4 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Claims submitted after this window will not be considered. CurryFit reserves the right to offer a replacement meal, account credit, or partial refund at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued for quality complaints without evidence.
10. Loyalty Programme
CurryFit Loyalty Points are earned on qualifying purchases and have no cash value. Points cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash under any circumstances. CurryFit reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Programme at any time with 30 days' notice. Points forfeited due to account suspension, fraudulent activity, or programme termination will not be compensated.
11. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes
Promotional offers, including the first-plan discount, are valid for new subscribers only, limited to one use per customer per UAE mobile number and email address, and cannot be combined with any other offers or applied retroactively. CurryFit reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or expire any promotion at any time without notice. Misuse or abuse of promotional codes may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any related discounts.
12. Intellectual Property
All content on the CurryFit website and application — including but not limited to logos, brand name, photographs, recipes, menu descriptions, marketing materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zaavara LLC and Curry Fit Rest Sp LLC, and is protected under UAE Federal Law No. 38 of 2021 on Copyright and Neighbouring Rights. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under UAE law, CurryFit's total liability to any subscriber for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the subscriber in the 30 days preceding the claim. CurryFit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages including loss of profits, loss of data, or personal injury, howsoever caused.
14. Account Suspension & Termination
CurryFit reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any subscriber account, with or without notice, in cases of: fraudulent activity; chargebacks; abuse of promotional offers; harassment of staff; provision of false information; or any conduct that CurryFit reasonably determines to be harmful to its business or other customers. In cases of termination for cause, no refunds will be issued.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms and Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Emirate of Sharjah, UAE.
16. Amendments
CurryFit reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the CurryFit website and app with the revised date. Continued use of our services following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.

4. How We Use Your Data

You may request deletion of this data at any time.

7. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We share data only as follows:
Service providers: Payment processors (Stripe, Checkout.com, or equivalent); SMS and email delivery providers; logistics and delivery partners; cloud hosting providers; analytics platforms (Google Analytics or equivalent). All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements and are prohibited from using your data for their own purposes.
Legal requirements: We may disclose personal data to UAE government authorities, law enforcement, or regulators where required by law or valid legal process.
Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of CurryFit's business assets, your data may be transferred to the acquiring entity, subject to equivalent privacy protections.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active, plus a period of 5 years thereafter in accordance with UAE commercial and tax law requirements. Transactional records are retained for 7 years. Marketing data is retained until you withdraw consent. Health and dietary data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 12 months. You may request earlier deletion subject to our legal retention obligations.
9. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These include: TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit; encrypted storage for sensitive data at rest; role-based access controls; regular security assessments; and staff training on data protection.
However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security and shall not be liable for any breach caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.
10. International Data Transfers
Your data is primarily stored and processed within the UAE. Where data is transferred to third-party service providers outside the UAE (for example, cloud services), we ensure such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards including contractual protections equivalent to UAE PDPL standards.
11. Your Rights

REFUND POLICY

1. Cancellation & Refund Overview
CURRYFIT (operated by Zaavara LLC & Curry Fit Rest Sp LLC) operates on a subscription meal plan model. Due to the perishable nature of our products and the operational costs involved in daily fresh preparation, our refund policy is structured as follows.
2. Cancellation Fee
A 40% cancellation fee is applied to the remaining value of any active subscription upon cancellation. The remaining 60% of the unused plan value will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days, subject to your bank's processing times.
3. 48-Hour Rule
All cancellation, pause, and modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery. Requests received within this window cannot be applied to the upcoming delivery and will take effect from the following cycle only.
4. No-Refund Situations
No refunds will be issued in the following circumstances: meals already prepared (after 6:00 AM on delivery day); subscriber no-show without prior notice; incorrect address provided; force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemics, government restrictions); change of mind after preparation has started; or misuse of promotional codes.
